i love this picture it has a really nice feel to it how do you get your pictures onto the art portal?

After submitting 4 pieces of work, you can get 'scouted' by someone who's already scouted. If they vouch for you, you get your pics on the art portal.

However, it's a risk for them because if the person they scouted turns out to be a spammer etc. then they can get banned!
